What is a mammogram?

A mammogram is an x-ray of the breasts. It can show early breast cancer before it's large enough for you or a doctor/nurse to feel.

Have insurance, but may incur out of pocket expenses, such as a high-deductible?

You may still qualify for EAESSI for the following:

  • Have high deductible insurance plan
  • Need additional screening after receiving results from mammogram
