What teens do
More time. Deeper growth.
A summer leadership program goes deeper than the school year allows.

Why summer
School is busy. Summer has room.
Timing matters more than most families think.
Why is summer the right time for a leadership program?
During the school year, time is tight. Summer opens space to lead a bigger project and grow faster. That is why a summer leadership program often becomes the highlight of a teen's year and their application.
Who should join
No experience needed. Just show up.
Our summer leadership program welcomes every level, from first timers to experienced club leaders.
"I've never led anything."
Perfect. Teens start where they are and grow from there.
"I already lead a club."
Summer lets you lead something bigger than school allows.
"I need something for college apps."
Teens finish with real responsibility and a story colleges notice.
"We can't pay for a summer camp."
