Our youth mentorship program pairs teens with caring mentors who offer guidance, encouragement and a steady hand toward college and beyond.
Sometimes one caring adult makes all the difference. Our youth mentorship program gives teens a mentor who believes in them and helps them grow. Mentoring is not a small thing. What is the EAESSI mentorship program?

It pairs each teen with a caring adult mentor who offers guidance, encouragement and real world advice. Mentors help teens set goals, build leadership skills, navigate school and plan for college. It is support that meets a young person where they are.
A mentor is not a teacher or a parent. A mentor is a trusted guide who shows up and listens.
